In early 2023, Sanjay Gandhi, Estate Agent and Mentor from Moss Properties had an MRI which revealed the presence of a chordoma tumour in his brain. During this challenging time, Sanjay found the Bone Cancer Research Trust to be immensely helpful. Their simple, concise information and easy-to-follow guides provided him with the support and preparedness he needed. So much so, that amid his own challenges, Sanjay formed The Orange Army, a group of donors, which include Agents Giving and The Guild of Property Professionals, who are delighted to support his fundraising for The Bone Cancer Research Trust.

This has given rise to The Orange Army Fund, dedicated to ensuring that in future other sufferers of bone cancer can be helped and supported in the same way that Sanjay has been.

Sanjay is still undergoing treatment, but knowing that so many people are supporting him, spreading awareness, and raising funds, gives him the strength to keep going.

The Bone Cancer Research Trust is committed to saving lives and improving outcomes for people affected by primary bone cancer. Despite being small, they fund more research projects exploring primary bone cancer than any other organisation.
